Quickie Version

UTAD; try to complete each color set of bumpers.

Go-To Flipper

Balanced

Full Rules

Rarely used due to its high luck level, Gigi is all about completing either set of bumpers on a single ball. This gives you an end-of-game (not end-of-ball\!) bonus; 100 for one set, 200 for 2 sets, 300 for 3 or more sets. Bumpers reset each ball; 6 out of 7 of each color on all five balls gets you zero bonus.

Strategy is super simple: thread the needle between the 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 or 5-6 red bumpers as often as you can and nudge for maximum bumper action before the ball falls back down. Ignore the 5 green rollovers. When the ball is up top, try to get some hits on the stand-up targets above the yellow \#2 and \#6 bumpers.

Draining “correctly” is important; the outlanes score 100, the center nada. You can win or lose a game with side drains.

Key feeds: the rolls out of the two side lanes.

Playfield Risk

Do your best to thread your shots between the bumpers so the ball hits them on the way down rather than up. Feeds from the bumpers and side lanes can drain or go out of control into the slingshots. Bumper smack-down drains are common. Lots of subtle nudging required.
