Quickie Version

Up Top until you have 1-2-3 and some bonus, then shoot the 4 and 6 targets, then resume UTAD through the spinners.

Go-To Flipper

Balanced at first, bias to Left flipper once saucer is lit

Full Rules

Shoot the ball up top through the spinners until you are able to collect the 1, 2 and 3 lights. This lights the top right saucer for 50,000. Then STOP shooting the top long enough to shoot the 4 and 6 targets to light the double bonus lanes: targets 1 and 4 light the left double bonus lane, 3 and 6 light the right double bonus lane. This is more important than usual: on Blue Chip, the numbers collected are held between balls, so double bonus stays on for the rest of the game, as does your lit saucer.

Now you can go back to shooting the spinners, preferably the right one to try to get the ball in the right saucer for 50K. The 2 target lights the left spinner, the 5 lights the right spinner, but the 5 is a center shot and not worth the risk; if you hit it, fine, if not, don’t worry about it.

The game has wide return lanes, so shatzing from right to left or vice versa to shoot the lit spinner is pretty safe.

Never shoot the 7 or 8 targets; they only help you light the special, likely worth nothing in tournament play.

Playfield Risk

Feeds through the spinners that deflect off the side walls or balls through the double bonus lanes going very slowly (faster ones go to the opposite side flipper). Shooting the 4 and 6 stand-up targets is risky but necessary.
